Legal
Privacy Policy
Last updated: 29 July 2026
Your privacy matters to us, and we would rather explain ourselves plainly than hide behind legal wording. This page sets out what we collect, why we need it, how long we keep it, and what you can ask us to do with it.
1. What we collect
- Account details such as your name, email address and phone number.
- Delivery details you give us at checkout, including your shipping address.
- Order activity, so we can process, fulfil and support your purchases.
- Basic technical information from your device, used to keep the store secure and working properly.
We never see or store your full card or mobile money credentials. Payments are handled by our payment providers.
2. Why we use it
We use your information to sign you in, check for fraud, process and deliver orders, answer your support questions, and improve the service. Our staff only open internal dashboards when there is a genuine operational reason to do so.
3. Sharing and storage
We work with trusted providers for authentication, storage, payments, delivery and email. They only receive what they need to do their part, and access is restricted by role and permission. We do not sell your personal information to anyone.
4. Cookies and analytics
We use a small number of cookies to keep you signed in, remember your cart, and understand how the store is used so we can make it better. You can clear or block cookies in your browser at any time, though some parts of checkout may stop working if you do.
5. How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as we need them for accounting, warranty and legal purposes. Account information is kept while your account is open. When information is no longer needed, we remove it or reduce it to anonymous figures.
6. Your choices
You may ask us to correct your details, tell you what we hold about you, or close your account. Write to sales@coin-save.com or call 0793 196 850 and we will respond as quickly as we reasonably can. Please note that we may need to keep certain order records even after an account is closed, where the law requires it.
If any part of this policy is unclear, please ask. We are happy to explain it in plain terms.
