Orders are confirmed after successful submission and verification. Pricing is displayed in UGX and may change before checkout. Cash on delivery and any other enabled payment methods follow the checkout terms shown at purchase time.

Delivery timelines are estimates. We may update order status for processing, delays, or cancellations where required for inventory, logistics, or risk controls.
3. Returns and Support
